Quality Support Manager (Clinical Lead)

We are looking for an experienced and credible health care specialist to join our team based in Warrington as a Quality Support Manager. 

We are looking to expand the scope of services that we offer our clients and, in order to do that to the same high standard that we expect of all the care our franchises deliver, we need to add another healthcare specialist to our team. You will become the clinical lead for National Office and, as such, you will be supported to maintain your CPD and be expected to keep your nursing pin (or equivalent professional status) up to date.

As one of a team of Quality Support Managers, you will undertake a quality support service, helping Franchise Owners to deliver high quality relationship-led home care for older people.

We need someone who is truly client focused, passionate about changing the face of ageing through exceptional quality services and is adept at communicating with a diverse range of people.

The Role

As Home Instead Senior Care continues to grow, supporting franchises to maintain and improve care quality is critical to our success. The Quality Support Manager will hold a portfolio of locations across the UK and provide both a quality audit and quality improvement service to franchise owners. This will involve travel and overnight stays.

This is an exciting opportunity to help take our quality support to the next level and to support more than 192 Owners and 9,000 CAREGivers who are making a real difference to clients in their own homes.
