Deputy Care Home Manager (Non Clinical)

As a Deputy Manager of a Barchester care home, you'll be given the opportunity to gain valuable experience in management and develop your business skills whilst assisting and deputising for the General Manager.
Our Deputies are hands-on, capable people who provide robust support to the General Manager, and are able to motivate and inspire a team. You will be the perfect blend of dedication and competence - committed to creating a nurturing environment for our residents, their friends and families, and for our staff.
You'll need previous experience in a similar role; experience of supervising drug rounds and maintaining accurate records is essential. NVQ level 4 would be ideal although not essential.
