We’re proud of our facilities, and rightly so. And when it comes to our care, we know we must continually deliver first class service to our residents. Which is why we’re looking for a confident, adaptable Registered Nurse to join Barchester’s dynamic Peripatetic Team.
Your mission will be a simple one: you will be expected to cover shifts at short notice at Cherry Blossom and three other Barchester homes, Marnel Lodge, Ashcombe House and St Thomas’ all of which are within a 10 mile radius.
This permanent position has all the advantages of a bank role with the added support and familiarity of working within a Barchester home and being a valuable member of the team. This role will appeal to an experienced nurse used to working in a bank role. As you would be required to work, and occasionally stay, in various locations within your region, you can expect an enhanced rate of pay.
Equipped with a current NMC registration (RGN/ RMN) and under the direction of the Deputy Manager/ senior clinical staff you will be responsible for the delivery of the very best in holistic nursing care to the people we support, and for directing and supervising a care team to achieve the all-round highest standards. You’ll be ready to join us on our journey and bring your talents to a role where you can have real impact.
